This draft needs the operator’s registered legal name and legal review before it can serve as final service terms. Paid-service, refund, and generation terms will be added before those features launch.

1. About the service

ShortReels is a browser-based workspace for planning stories, keeping references, creating storyboards, and arranging media for playback. The operator is a company registered in Delaware; its registered legal name is awaiting confirmation. Contact devteam@matched.cv for service questions.

2. Your content and responsibilities

You retain the rights you hold in your scripts, ideas, and uploaded media. Only use material you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use. Respect other people’s copyright, privacy, and other rights. Adding a reference link does not give you permission to reproduce the linked material.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, exploitation, infringement, harassment, malware, or attempts to disrupt the service or access another person’s data. Do not misrepresent someone else’s work as your own.

4. Local storage and backups

Drafts and imported media in this preview are stored in your browser on your device. There is no account-based cloud backup or cross-device synchronization. Clearing site data, using a different browser profile, or losing access to the device can make work unavailable. Keep independent copies of your source scripts and media. Recently deleted drafts remain in local storage until the site’s data is cleared.

5. Preview features and planned packages

The preview supports planning, editing, and playback. GPU clip generation, model-specific prompt enhancement, payment checkout, and finished-reel export are not active. Generation settings are saved preferences, not submitted jobs. Package descriptions are provisional; no price, credit allowance, delivery time, or continuing free plan is promised. Before paid services launch, their terms and costs must be presented for review.

6. External websites

Links to screenplay libraries and other services lead to independent websites with their own terms and privacy practices. ShortReels does not control those sites or guarantee their content or availability.

7. Availability and changes

This preview may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Features may be added, revised, or removed. Updates to these draft terms will appear on this page with an updated date. Final terms should address service commitments, liability, applicable law, and dispute handling after the operator’s details and intended markets are confirmed; this draft does not choose those provisions.
