Who operates ShortReels?
The operator is a company registered in Delaware; its registered legal name is awaiting confirmation. For privacy questions or requests, contact devteam@matched.cv.
Your drafts and uploaded files
The studio stores your draft titles, story text, nodes, connectors, references, uploaded media, reel edits, and generation preferences in browser storage on your device. The current studio does not upload that content to a cloud account or send it to a video-generation provider. There is no public publishing or cross-device sync. People using the same browser profile may be able to open your drafts.
Local preferences
The studio uses browser storage to remember preferences such as light or dark mode and to reopen your current work. These records remain until you clear site data or your browser removes them. Deleting a draft moves it to Recently deleted locally, where it can be restored. Clearing the site’s browser data removes local drafts and media as well as preferences; retain copies of your source files first.
Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Delivering pages involves technical information such as your IP address and request details. Google describes how it handles service data in its Firebase privacy information. The current site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
When you contact support
If you email support, your email address, message, and any attachments are sent to the support mailbox so your request can be handled. Do not include sensitive story content or personal information unless necessary. Contact the same address to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied by email. A formal retention schedule and mailbox-provider details must be confirmed by the operator before finalizing this notice.
External links and sharing
Screenplay links and social sharing links open independent services. Those services handle information under their own policies. Website sharing links include the public ShortReels address, not your draft, script, or uploaded media.
Accounts, payments, and generation
These services are not active in the current static preview. Before activating them, this notice must explain any additional data collected, which providers receive it, storage and retention, applicable rights, and international transfers. Saving a generation preference today does not submit your prompt to a model.
Your choices and requests
You can manage this site’s local storage through your browser settings. The operator cannot restore or remotely erase drafts stored only on your device. Other privacy rights depend on your location and circumstances. Send questions to devteam@matched.cv; the operator will need to confirm applicable obligations and request-handling procedures when finalizing this notice.
